"UPDATE: Russo Tires called me and a technician went to my truck to check the oil pressure issue, it ended up not being related to the oil change. The issue seems to be with the throttle actuator control system, which is stuck. The staff at Russo Tires were courteous and very helpful. Thank you! I left my truck for an oil change on Monday, picked up on Tuesday, and today (Saturday) I arrived at a party and as soon as I parked I get the low oil pressure warning light, for the first time after owning the truck for 7 years. Not sure what’s happening, I’ll have to tow it home and then tow it to them on Monday. I hope they reimburse me if this is their fault."

"I went to Russo’s tire because one of my tires had nail and it’s loosing pressure, they fixed that tire immediately, very professional, they are expert on tires, the place was big, the office was clean and the waiting area was comfortable so many chairs, the price was reasonable. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone."

"Do your research before coming here. I called pricing to change my tires, when I ask how much it would be if ai had the tires the receptionist said that she couldn’t tell me and that she couldn’t ask the mechanics because they were somewhere else- the mechanics are right next to her and there were more people in the reception area, she wouldn’t had left it unattended. I called a second time and someone else answered the phone and they game me prizing for the tires and installation, honestly the best prize for changing tires, however I ask to for an oil change and they wanted to charge me 114 for the cheapest oil. I’ve never paid more than 30 for an oil change, mind you last time I went to this same place around March this year and I didn’t pay more than 30 for an oil change. They also wanted to charge me 95 for alignment, for this I’ve paid 60-80 before. Just, do your research before going, specially if you’re a women. I understand people can charge whatever they want for their work, I’m just not willing to pay those prizes knowing that anywhere else they will charge much less."

"PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU COME HERE I’ve had my 2015 Corolla for 6 years with no problems. I’ve always gotten my oil change and brake pads changed when necessary. I brought it here to do everything and not only did they upsell me but they unfortunately messed up my car permanently. AFTER TWO DAYS MY CAR WAS NOT DRIVABLE. I had to get it towed back to them and the problem was that they forgot to “add a screw” when changing the rotor of the wheel. They also did not change them even though I paid for them to be changed (I had this verified by another mechanic) I will be contacting the Mr. Pallazolle directly."
