"Fantastic customer service! I had driven down to South Florida for business and my Mustang started to overheat. I called JNL and explained the situation they squeezed me into their schedule that day. They did a full digital inspection sending me a text with pictures and all the details, the Water pump was the issue they recommended also replacing the Thermostat which made sense because the car has a 100k miles on it, As a precaution I had them do the heater hose as well to avoid any future cooling problems. They replaced the water pump and the rest and got the car back to me quickly so I could drive back to Orlando. Their communication was excellent, they weren’t high pressure at all. I worked with John and he was awesome. I highly recommend these guys"
