"My rating would have been 4-5 stars but an unfortunate event happened while my vehicle was under their care. on 05/18 i took my Titan truck for a grinding noise in the engine. Because I brought my truck to this location last year for Head Gasket replacement and the service was good, i decided to take my truck again there because of the noise. The diagnosis was a bad bearing on the power steering so the unit needed to be replaced. The work was to be completed the end of the day, after 3 I decided to call them because they close at 5. When i spoke to the service advisor , he explained that someone or prior mechanic glued the connector that connects to the overflow hose. he told me someone was coming with an epoxy to glue it back. I was not sure what he meant so I went to see the issue. I saw it and told him the last person to work on the truck were you guys and i never had a radiator leak . The advisor swore that the incident was not caused by them, my concern was that no one contacted me about it until I called and they were going to try do a temporary fix without my acknowledgement. i was very disappointed that i brought my car and the charges went from 400 to 900. This is very bad business and how they handled it is questionable. The vehicle could not be driven out because of the damaged radiator. i decided I had no other choice to get the problem fixed now and handle the financial part later. Either the radiator was damaged at the moment of repairing the power steering pump or it was damaged when the gasket was replaced last year and the mechanic did that botch repair without telling me because they would have to cover the cost. At this moment i am looking to contact my card company to do a charge back for the radiator, and any other expense that came to change the radiator. i will accept the charges for the power steering , labor and any other fees. I came here because of the ratings but i think this was an horrible service and i will not come back here again."

"Most professional individuals in Hialeah by FAR!! Very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. My radiator repair was priced fairly, and was completed the same day 3-4 hrs after dropping off. I definitely will be returning should I have any future maintenance/repairs needed, and will refer everyone I know who's in need. Thank you again!!"

"Had a check engine light issue. They ran a diagnostic and let me know that it was likely just my gas cap that needed to he replaced. No charge. They cleared the light and told me to go to the dealer and get the original parts. They could have easily charged me for the diagnostic and sold me a cheap gas cap, but they didn’t. High character place. Also had them change my oil while I was there. Price was fair and service was fast. Ill be going back with any future car problems."
