"The technicians at the Hialeah location were highly knowledgeable, passionate, and detail-oriented. They were dedicated to ensuring that everything in my car was fixed properly. I had purchased my car from a used car dealership that charged me $2000 for "reconditioning," but in reality, my car was in very poor condition. It was sold to me with very little oil, broken filters, and brakes that were almost completely worn down. The technicians were diligent in pointing out the issues and providing a clear cost breakdown for the necessary repairs. They also applied all available discounts and even included some free services. I am genuinely grateful for their thoughtfulness and thorough work. I would highly recommend the Hialeah location."

"I am a long time customer of the Jiffy Lube at 4100 W 12 Ave, and so is my family. I will never return and will tell all my family and friends. Worse service I have ever received. The manager, Eduardo, should take a course not only in oil change but how to treat customers and the cashier should do the same. Now I know why both times I was there (first time for service and second for complaint), no other cars were waiting for service as I had always been witnessed to. DON'T GO!"

"The mechanics are very knowledgeable and quick to help you, but if you're going for transmission problems, have them verify it's a mechanical issue before they work on your car. I went for transmission issues and after a quality inspection and 1,000 dollars spent later, I was still having the same issue only to be referred to a transmission transmission specialist after coming back. The front desk is also very slow and the lady working there is too invested in her phone. I'm not a car person but I very much feel scammed out of $1k that could've been used to fix the real issue that has only gotten worse since."
