"I had bought a 97 TJ, my first Jeep, and I had all these ideas about how I was going to update and upgrade it. I found Karnage on google and shot them an email and received a quick response. They looked at all the parts I wanted to get and things I wanted to do, and they advised me on which would be a good fit and which they recommended I change out. Once I got to the shop with all the new goodies in hand, they went over the whole list meticulously, making sure everything would work, and even showing me other jeeps to be inspired for my new project. They also saved me a ton of time, energy, and money by suggesting I get Part X instead of Part Y because it was better quality, lower price, and would fit my goals better. From the moment I reached out to William, it was evident that he is not only passionate about what he does but genuinely cares about meeting the customer's wants and within their budget! William really took the time to listen to and thoroughly explain the various options of available lifts to me. This was my first major build on my Jeep and since I am still learning he even went as far as explaining how certain parts work in detail and why they are/aren’t necessary.
