"Zero stars. I can’t speak to any particular store as I purchased online but I warn you, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a 5 thousand dollar chandelier and it arrived with “white glove delivery” which I paid a pretty penny for. When I opened the box I noticed the entire bottom of one side of the wood frame protecting the chandelier was crushed and there was a gaping separation at the seam off the box leaving the chandelier open to air. Two of the chandelier stems were detached, laying at the bottom of the box and severely bent. They refused to take the chandelier back and replace it with one that was not damaged. It was IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone from customer service and when I did speak to someone they were extremely rude and rationalized why I should basically just accept that the chandelier is damaged that “that is just how life is sometimes.” I was forced to accept replacement rods which I had to endlessly follow up to see if they were actually going to send them and no one responded. Finally the customer service agent responded a week later saying she was out of the office. Is there one customer service agent working for this large company?? I finally received the replacement rods only after over a month of spending countless hours emailed and trying to get ahold of anyone who could assist me. I asked the customer service agent another question about ordering extension rods to extend the max drop of the chandelier and instead of responding, the customer service rep closed my ticket. I then called and spoke with someone on the phone and asked her about ordering the extension rods and she said “I know that you can but I am not sure who we would ask about that” and then promised to call me back that day (now over a week ago) and nothing. I submitted another ticket over a week ago and NOTHING. I have never written a bad review in my life and I think we can all say we have unfortunately experienced poor customer service at some point in our life but this experience has been repulsive. I am writing this as I hope the company will read this and improve the way they treat their clients. I also wanted to possibly save someone else from wasting their money and ordering from this terrible company. I have always loved Jonathan Adler’s decor and this is extremely disappointing."

"I came here all the way from Orlando and on a quest to find an item that was out of stock everywhere. A wonderful young lady named Eunice answered all my questions over the phone and when there was something she casing sure of she assured me she’d give me a call back and she did just that. Once I arrived, she knew who I was and what I was there for. To say she was nice is such an understatement. She is so attentive and genuinely caring. Knowledgeable and helpful. She will forever be the person I will go to for all my JA purchases. Jonathan Adler does a lot of things right and hiring her along with her manager to represent the brand is not exemption. What a dream team. Place was amazingly kept. I could go on for days. I can’t recommend her enough."
"Very bad experience. We wanted to buy a "harlequin three drawers Crest " which was in the shop on sale. They did not want to deliver It (edge water ). We said ok , we can put it in our car , but need somebody to help us loading it (Very heavy , needed three people including my wife and myself, to carry it to he car just outdoor of the shop ) , they refused to help and said if you buy it You load it youself. Of course we did not buy it and will never go back to this shop"
