"Was at the Spring/Market in High Point, NC Purchased a handbag for $190.00 was told it would be shipped in 4-6 weeks. Six months later still no handbag. I have emailed them and called. In the beginning they responded they have another company making the bags, adding a strap to the purse. Now no response and the mail box is full and can’t leave a message. Very Dissapointed"

"I'm having the same problem as many others. I opened an account and placed an order at Market in High Point in October 2018. They charged my card more than $400 at the time...and I have no ottoman. I have called the number on their website, their showroom, and emailed them multiple times since October, and as of mid-March, no one will respond to me. I'm trying to work with Market Authority to not allow them to exhibit anymore."

"Horrible service Ordered few items for a client at the January show in Atlanta. They Charged my card immediately and as of today June 27 still no items. I have called several times in past months. My client moved on and purchased another set of pillows. Now I have lost $$$ and stuck with items (if I received them). They refused to cancel the order back in April and said it is in production. Stay away from ordering from this company"

"Horrendous service. Ordered pillows at New York Gift Show. Was told I would receive them in 6 to 8 weeks. After eight weeks I called to find out where my pillows were. I was told the leather supplier for the pillows was not able to produce the leather so that the pillows had not been processed. I asked the customer service rep, Armando, to call me and give me an update, I heard nothing. In April, I called to cancel my order. I was told that I would be given a credit to my account, and that I could not be given a refund, because the owners of the company were out of town for the month of May. At the end of May, I again called customer service, and was told that the matter has not been dealt with yet. I gave Armando until the end of the day to give me an update on the status. Again, I heard nothing. It is now June 19, and I have still not been refunded the money. Do not do business with these people."
