Shortly after we place the order, a staff member emailed with an estimated ship date. Closer to the ship date, another email was received with our delivery options. When I called their 1800 number Jesse the owner picked up. He gave me his personal cell number and called me back on Facetime. He opened 3 different boxes and showed me what they looked like so I would feel comfortable with my purchase. I purchased the Herman Miller Hay collaboration in yellow. He personally packed it up it that day and sent me a picture of the UPS tracking number. All I can say is WOW!!!! So refreshing in this day to receive service like this.
