"Purchased this bed for a terminally ill family member, who passed before the bed had even arrived to my home. Called to cancel the order and was told because it has shipped I was not able to (totally understandable) so I said it was no problem and that I would send back all of the boxes for a refund once they were received and await a refund. I was told by the “customer service” that since I had requested a refund before receiving the bed that this voided all policies and that I would be unable to return the bed and would be forced to keep it. So now I am stuck with a 10k electric bed. I truly have never experienced such terrible service and lack of compassion and understanding for another human being and have contacted the BBB as a result of this. I do not recommend purchasing this bed. I do not recommend giving a dime of your money to this company."

"First, I don't own a ghostbed but after working with Kim and Grant, I'm buying one! In a world where customer service seems to be nonexistent anymore, it is so refreshing when you actually work with people who care. I have been housesitting for a client who just purchased a king double split. The homeowners were kind enough to allow me to bring my puppy. She's never been destructive...until now. Puppy chewed the cord running from the bed to the power cord. Grant is the first person I spoke to, he was helpful, kind & sensed the urgency to get the cord replaced before the owners come home next week. Kim took over from there. It was an absolute pleasure speaking & working with her. This company didn't have to treat me any particular way as I am not a customer, yet they treated me as if I were. The cord is on its way and I am so grateful!"

"I'm pretty surprised but some of these crazy reviews on here. Our experience has been 5 stars with incredible service afterwards. We live in Canada and In Jan 2021 we purchased a Split King adjustable bed with the Ghostbed 3D Matrix mattresses, Ghost Protector, 4 Pillows, and sheets/pillow cases. It did take around 2 weeks for delivery, and it turns out a cable was missing for the motor power on one side. We notified them and they got it sent out quickly. Come Dec 2021 and one of the Motors wasn't working as it should be, after sending a few pictures to Ghostbed's support people they immediately new the problem, and a week later they sent 2 new adjustable frames, not just 1, because apparently something has changed for the unison syncing. We also purchased a 2nd set of sheets/pillow cases last fall because they really are the most comfortable sheets we have ever slept on. And the mattress...... Wow. It's incredible! No more back pain, and we can both set it to our own preferences for sleep. I really can't say enough about this company, their products, and their warranty service. Thank You."
