They do not assume their responsibility. They want to blame all of this on the transport company, which received the furniture already dirty."

"WARNING!!!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM COCO FURNITURE!!!!!!! VIEW PHOTOS AS PROOF!! NO COMPRES NADA DE COCO FURNITURE!!! I hope after reading this review you choose NOT TO EVER buy anything at coco furniture. When I went to buy my furniture, at first everybody was super nice and helpful. Then after a while, I was able to see their true colors. All they care about is your money nothing else. I saw a bedroom set I loved on their site but when I got there they did not have it anymore. They only had the back of the bed available. So the woman wanted to sell me the dresser and nightstand separate even though they did not match. I finished choosing a different bedroom set that I ended up liking. I was with people that also wanted to buy things with her and she saw we were taking long to choose and she told us to hurry up because she had to see other clients and make her money. So it was never about customer service. Only MONEY. The salesperson put my furniture to get here the 16th. The 16th came and no furniture. I HAD TO CALL to find out it was delayed. LATEST the 28th was what they told me. So I would call every day to see if maybe by luck the date would move to sooner since they said the 28th would be the LATEST day. I was calling and texting and their customer service is HORRIBLE. They couldn’t tell me where my furniture was located, even though I KNOW they knew, and whenever the “management team” would text me, it was as if I was being messaged by robots. No sympathy and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. the only thing they ever told me was that I should cancel my order. And I said no that I wanted my furniture. So along comes the 27th and the saleswoman that sold me the furniture calls me and tells me that the furniture is EVEN MORE DELAYED and this time it would be OVER A MONTH MORE. I said no that’s not going to work and I told them to let me choose a bedroom set I would be able to receive sooner. I chose another bedroom set I liked that I would receive that same week. On top of them not coming on the promised day AGAIN, when the furniture got here it was HORRENDOUS. The bed, nightstand, and dresser looked like they belonged to THREE DIFFERENT SETS. One nightstand had silver handles and the other had gold ones. The warehouse people, I guess to get rid of me and not deal with me again, PAINTED THE GOLD HANDLES OF THE DRESSER SILVER TO MATCH THE NIGHTSTAND. The reason I knew this is because THE PAINT WAS CHIPPING OFF REAL NASTY AND IT WAS HORRIBLE PAINTWORK THAT WAS STILL STICKY FROM BEING HORRIBLY PAINTED. So when I physically took the drawers for the coco furniture staff at Hialeah to look at, they didn’t seem to have much of a problem with the presentation of it, WHICH GOES TO SHOW THAT ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR MONEY. ANYTHING AFTER THAT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. I had the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life with customer service. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service I promise you that. The woman even called me picky for liking what I like. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM COCO FURNITURE AND I HOPE YOU DONT EITHER."
