"Extremely bad experience (nightmare). I asked for a battery diagnosis since my car had trouble to start. After they told me the battery was bad (wrong diagnosis 1), they replaced it. After that, the car could not start. They failed to check the fuses (wrong diagnosis 2) and mentioned about my alarm that was the reason of the problem (wrong diagnosis 3). I had to rent a car, use Ubers and worry about the window open in my car during the night. Next day the fuse was replaced and car started. Except that the problem was still there. They put my old battery back since the problem was not connected to the battery. I actually replaced the starter and the problem is fixed. Terrible experience. They made 3 major diagnosis errors."
