"This service department needs new management. I took my new 2024 car in on an appointment I had with no loaners available. I stayed for the appointment waiting just to be told that there is no issues found with the A/C. Before I left, I had to walk back in to grab the young lady assisting me and show her my A/C is not working properly. She saw the issue and scheduled me another appointment a month later with a loaner… a month later the day before my appointment, or shall I say 13 hours before my appointment— I get a message stating they will not have a loaner for me with apologizing for the inconvenience. Short notice, A/C not working on a brand new car, and bad communication. This location service center needs new staff and a new management to manage the service department better."

"Not Service related, but I used this location to rent my Audi On Demand rental cars a few times. Sadly they do not participate in this program anymore, but anytime I did come here to pick up a rental car I never had any issues and the staff were always so helpful and kind. No complaints from me."

"We took our car in for service and told that the repair was $2500 once they got in they realized it was $6000 they didn't have any loaner cars for us and we were told to rent a car and they would fully reimburse us for the rental. This was March 2023 its now September 2023 and we still haven't been reimbursed. We have called the head of service Cristina numerous time and were promised the check would be no longer than 7-10 days. We have done this every 14 days since March. PS in the mean time we purchased a new Audi and drove to Coral Springs to make purchase."

"This location is inexperienced and because of their lack of knowledge and training they put me in a horrible position. My car was serviced at another location however I was closer to Ft Lauderdale so I went ahead to this location to get my car fixed. The solution should have been resolved right then and there but instead they made me drive home with a broken car, tried to tell me I needed a brand new piece and told me that the other location never cleared my recalls or other items which they did. I had to drive home with this issue that was not resolved and went to my home location which is north Miami and they were so kind and fixed the issue right then and there didn’t change me for a whole new piece like the Ft Lauderdale office and provided me a copy of all the services that were completed and that the Ft Lauderdale team doesn’t understand the wait time of when items in the system get cleared. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! They used fear tactics on me, and tried to get me to have a whole new item replaced when all they needed to do is tighten bolts. Horrible service, horrible management and horrible training. Never again!"
