"Was in the store at 8:45pm and the Spanish old man had only one customer and refused to return my item which was wrong anyways and I purchased the same day. After this online return I will never purchase ANYTHING from this store or online (ordered a blue streak and they sent me a used Cardone) . The Spanish old coot is the worst customer service representative I have ever ran into. Who refuses service when the store is still open? The door was open I walked and he had only one customer he was with. Don’t tell me it takes 15 mins to purchase something. Never again I have never felt so disrespected as a customer of any one. I never leave bad reviews but I had to this time. Terrible that dude should be fired. Whatever happened to customer service especially when the store is still open?. I can understand if I came with 5 mins left. But it was 15 mins until they closed."
