"This particular store is a joke. Purchased a bedroom set back in September. I received a floor sample. Since my calls to the store did not offer any good result I put a top payment to the order. Finally they offered to replace it. Replacement arrived middle of December in worst condition. Called the store, explained the situation. After getting tired of waiting went to the store and spoke to the manager, she indicted she needed to collect payment before sending the replacement. I paid in full. Towards the third week of January the delivery had not been scheduled. I put another stop payment to the order. I could not go on with this nonsense. Went to the Ft. Lauderdale store and purchase another set. The Dania store has very poor customer service and apparently they do not care about customers that are spending over $5,000 in goods. How they have remained in business this long, is a miracle."
"The whole experience from shopping to delivery was amazing! Staff were polite and friendly and very helpful. After purchasing 2 beautiful leather sofas the delivery process went smoothly without a hitch. With this experience only Baer’s will be my furniture shopping in the future."
