"Buyer beware - this company is very unethical ! We ordered a sofa and it took a year to arrive and was not how we ordered it! So we waited another year and the new one arrived missing 2 pieces ! They then said the lady in Italy was out with covid and it was a mistake they would make 2 more pieces then air ship them from Italy. They agreed in writing to give us a refund which we have documentation to prove it.Then they wrote out a check for 10K and sent us the picture of the check. We have that document also .The next day they said we will instead refund your credit card . Again that never happened! Then they said wait till they wire transfer the money from Italy . So 7 months later we Email them after no monies ever showed up and they said you have to wait until we sell the couch ! So they have changed their story so many times and we are still out 10K and they have the couch . They Lied and constantly change their minds on the resolution then they never send you a refund when they say they would in writing ! We have all these documents to prove they Lied."
