"I’m not sure what lady worked the printing department on 2/19, but I got there at 7:20 last night and she was mentally clocked out. There was a long line and she was helping a customer but once done with that customer just completely ignored everyone. I understands she was probably tired but the experience to just print something out was so disappointing and stressful. I tried asking her for a bigger size on the self serving printers and just completely ignored me. I’m just going to assume it was a bad day and she was overwhelmed but damn it sucks bc I really needed that paper printing on a certain size and I couldn’t even get that done."

"I needed to ask a quick question about FedEx shipping. It was a confusing, with non-existent signage. I stood at one end of a designated waiting line and no one nearby to think I'd ever get helped. While waiting, I saw a small tray that said FedEx and one labeled USPS which gave me a hint the copy center might be the place to ask, however there was only one person at the other end of the counter seemingly helping someone and no one else in sight. Other office depot employees were walking around and could have jumped to help but alas no help. I walked out discouraged at the experience."
