"DO NOT GO HERE FOR PHONE REPAIR. Phone will end up even more damaged than how you took it to the store. They don’t offer no discount for negligence or nothing. I called a day prior to coming in asking if they can repair an iPhone 14 back of phone the glass was broken shattered whoever I spoke to said yes and told me he would charge $96. I went the next day around 1pm and was told to pick up phone at 6pm I thought it was long wait time but whatever I still proceeded. I got there at 6 dude tells me it’s not ready and to go back at 8pm. Mind you store closes at 8pm. I made sure I got there before they closed I got there at 7pm. He told me he was still working on it and to take a seat. If he told me to wait and sit I was assuming he was almost done. To my surprise he hadn’t even started. Time passes by clock hits 8:15ish and I’m still waiting he’s not saying anything to me or updating me at all until I ask him he than confessed that he messed up the flash on the camera and he was trying to fix it. I was so upset he’s like it’s not going to be ready today I can try to fix it by filing down the plastic that covers the LED flash because he had melted the plastic covering the flash. He said I’ll try to have it done tmr Sunday if not it’ll be til Wednesday because he ordered a whole new back piece. What would’ve taken maybe 2-3 hours maximum took almost 2 days because he damaged the flash on my camera. He than said that it was his first time operating on an iPhone 14. He wouldn’t update me at all I had to call and check in. I trusted this place because my family has had various phones repaired multiple times but I will never go back to them. Horrible service bad communication, unprofessional, poor customer service overall just horrendous. I wish I could give 0 stars. Worse part is he gave me my phone back and the flash works but there’s no plastic covering it it’s literally just the mini bulb from the flash. So I took my phone to get fixed for something specific and I get a phone returned to me with something else damaged. He didn’t apologize he didn’t offer a discount noting at all. He would even laugh and giggle when he was explaining that he had messed up. He would get distracted and not operate on the phone he would watch TV or speak on the phone flirt with female customers and laugh like if he was at his house. He wasted so much time doing nothing instead of fixing my phone. Customers are not his priority clearly. I just can’t believe this place is still in business. Please fire that dude that “fixed” my phone I don’t know his name but he’s a short chubby Hispanic dude sounds like he’s from some part of Central America. AGAIN: DO NOT GO TO DR WIRELESS. Update: my phone was returned back to me worked for a day then it would just turn on and turn off on its own it restarted like every 3 min. I took it to apple to geek squad and even tried fixing it on my own with apple support and nothing worked. Whatever they did to repair my phone ended up damaging it completely. AppleCare didn’t cover it because a 3rd party company repaired on it instead of me doing it through apple. Which means I had to end up buying a new phone from apple which cost me $500+ and Dr Wireless did not want to cover that cost. They only offered to refund the $96 I paid them to “fix the phone”. I was even asked to take down this review. I would’ve if they would’ve paid for the new phone I had to buy but since they didn’t do that I kept the review. Mind you I had to ask for family to lend me the money to buy a new phone plus keep making payments for a phone that is basically garbage because I still owed money on the phone. On top of that I had to return the new phone I bought from apple because I had placed an order for trade in for the 15 and I couldn’t cancel the order. Which means I returned a brand new phone. This mistake cost me over 1k!! This experience was the worst and Dr Wireless did not want to help other than refund me $96. They should’ve paid for the new phone! DO NOT GET PHONE REPAIRED HERE!"
"Wow, friendly service. $60 cheaper than their competitors. They told me 1 and a half hour for the repair (front and rear glass note 10+) but it was done in 20 minutes. Highly recommend."
"Brought in two phones to be fixed and paid $180. More because I also bought accessories. Came back in because one phone cracked again, and one stopped working. Came in within their three month warranty because the screen literally popped off and they refused to fix it because the LCD isn’t working. When you get your phone fixed they tell you if the screen stops working they’ll fix it within the warranty. Lies. I purchased the phone cover and screen protector that the lady put on herself while I was in the shop and they still won’t cover the repair. They’re nice when you first come in, but when you come in for warranty work they don’t wanna hear it."
