"Worst experience with a furniture company in my entire life. My furniture was delivered damaged and one of the manager I caught peaking through my living room door. Furniture was not covered in plastic. It was raining and the furniture got wet. I was late two weeks because of changing Job. I gave promise to pay on Saturday, but while I was at work today they came for the furniture. Nasty Hatian manager name Maxi, disrespectful to me texting calling me a liar. Don’t do business with this store. They are not professional at all."

"The staff was amazing, the delivery was amazing. However inside the washer was dirty. It had soap and dirt inside of it. Outside of that everything was good. Thank you"

"They only get 1 star so I can post the review. Very unprofessional and will harass you even when you make payments every week and are not behind. Max is rude and unprofessional. Will call you up to six consecutive times back to back even when your payments are on time. Stay away from this place and Max. My payments were made online and they don’t keep up with their records. Rented a speaker and kept telling me they are coming to pick up a tv. Get your facts together before you start harassing ppl."

"The worst experience ever Eddie continued to lie about him delivering my bed kept saying he was coming I waited for hours past the time I had to come to the store i got there he still hasn’t left the store he told me on the phone hours ago he loaded up and he was on the way everytime i called it was something different very disappointed I cancelled everything there’s no way on earth I’m dealing with that unprofessionalism the least he could’ve did was ensure me that it would take longer or possibly reschedule he did neither he continued to lie and give me the run around I left as a unsatisfied customer I will never shop with rent a center or even refer any one to rent a center the worst company ever unbelievable"
