"I was there as a vendor to program a vehicle. the owner claimed I never got there even though I informed him I was 5 min away he said ok no problem. When I got there I called him again to let him know I was there so he can come out and meet me but he didn't pick up and he wasn't even at the shop. I kept calling and texting him, I even waited on him for about 20-30 min after arrival and still no call back, no text, no answer, nothing. I ended up leaving and driving 30 min back where I was which in total took away 1.5 hr of my time. Then when he called me back and had the audacity to tell me I never showed up and was waiting on me all day and he could see through the cameras that I never showed up. the least he could've done was apologize and pay me the service fee to come out. we ended up cutting all business relationship."
