"I contacted them to come out and diagnose my car, which had just stalled on me at a stop sign while i was driving, and they and told me that my torque converter was broken beyond repair and it needed to be replaced. After that he suggested it might be better to change my whole transmission in case debris was caught in it. He told he if I could source a transmission they could put it in for me, but when I contacted him he never answered my call or texts. Although they gave me a good deal for my diagnostic fee and looked at it for about 20 minutes, I had to tow it to another shop, where they told me it couldn’t be my torque converter at all and my transmission was fine. They found a leak in my water pump and replaced that along with my serpentine belt and my car is running amazing!! The person who came out was very nice, but was completely wrong and wasn’t liable in the end due to not returning contact. I personally wouldn’t recommend due to this experience. You can try Los Amigos Auto Repair on Forest Hill and Dixie, my whole family has gone there and been very satisfied with their prices and service."
