"On September 16th, 2022 I put gas in this place my car is Nissan 2021, and a few minutes later my car stopped, completely damaged. I had to pay for a tow truck to take it to the dealership, two hours from Winter Haven, there they were able to determine that my car is damaged because THE GASOLINE I PUT IN THIS PLACE WAS CONTAMINATED WITH WATER. On September 21, I went to the gas station so that someone can help me to refund all the money I been wasting at that point, since they are responsible for the damage and the person who was attending said that he did not speak English, only Spanish, good luck, SPANISH IS MY FIRST LANGUAGE, once I start speaking Spanish He told me he did not understand what I was saying because he does not speak Spanish either. He didn't want to give me his name and he told me that the owner of the place wasn't there, so I have to come back on Saturday 24th, I came back and the place was closed. I spoke with agriculture, with whom I put a claim. But I already have 1 month without a car, and nobody answers me, the insurance because of this claim the payments went up to 200+ monthly. No one is responsible for this damage, it's a mockery."

"This place is fraud. He keeps the cash back. I went in to pick up drinks a snacks and at check out it asked for cash back I said yes so I would have cash for the hospital visti and he only gave me a recipe I said I need my $20 cash back he said they dont give cash back so then we began to exchange words and I called the cops, he then started saying I was fraud and I was going to jail, that I can't prove he never gave me money, and because I had his ideas (remind you paid for + $20 extra) so at this point he has my money and won't do anything. I'm sure he does this to a lot of people and there was no manager of course and half the stuff barcode dont even ring up."

"awful. dont support bad businesses who are rude to their customers. also dude does not take debit or credit cards inside the store for purchases. man very rude and claims bathrooms are broken (even for paying customers) hope your store gets bought out by a nice family. peace."
