"I wanted to like these guys. Griffin was full so they told me to try this shop if i wasnt able to wait 6 weeks for my car. They didn't do a bad job repairing my car that was rear ended. It wasn't anywhere near a perfect job buy it'll do i guess. However, there was a new damage on my car when I went to pick it up, someone had nicked the driver door. It didn't seen like the kind of damage that would happen in a parking lot when someone opens their door and nick your car. It looked more like it was hit with something with sharp edges and someone just used some white compound to cover it up. I pay attention to details so I noticed it. Brought it to the attention of the guy who worked on it and he rolled is eyes like a guilty child and said I should speak to the owner. The owner gave a lengthy monolog about as to how it could have happened before it came to the shop, to which I pointed out to him that it doesn't matter be cause it was their duty to log any damages or defects upon receiving the car. He then immediately responded that I should then sue them because I can't prove anything. I certainly hope he recognizes me because the internet is permanent and so is this review. Bottom line is you shouldn't judge people on when things go smoothly but on how they handle situations the require resolve. I should know because I run a few businesses myself."

"My civic was broadsided by a ditz. So i took my car here, and i received a qoute that was well below a couple other local shops. Had the repair done, and they replaced suspension, a wheel, fender/hood, and matched the paint perfectly on my 10 year old Honda civic… Jimmy & John couldn’t have been more professional or more easy to work with throughout the entire process. Could not recommend them any higher..."
