They fixed to perfection , and were very patient an understanding when I had to come back for a “tweak” to the length of the seat. That was fixed in about 10 minutes. I drove away smiling. "We were recommended to Rick and Rodney from my Al Packer service agent to redo the convertible top on our 2013 Mustang. We are so happy we went with them. Rick and Rodney were so easy to talk to and work with. They answered all our questions, went over everything with us and were able to get us scheduled when we needed. We went from a vinyl to cloth convertible top , a new switch, and had two panels in the door redone. You can tell when you’re there that Rodney takes so much pride and care in what he does. "I had them do my motorcycle seat a few years ago. Was all excited cause I got a good recommendation for this place. Was quoted two or three weeks. Took almost four months. They didn’t start actually working on it until I started regularly showing up and even then not really. Had to leave work early a bunch of times to make this happen. And even then they shut their doors early when they knew I was coming several times. It was a horrible experience all the way through. Rude staff that doesn’t care about the customer. And after all this my motorcycle seat was not great. Was honestly more comfortable before."
