"Don’t even waste your time with this guy. I’m convinced the good reviews were made by either him or a family member. This dude had me stuck on the side of i95 from 8pm saying he will be coming within an hour until 1 am. No response no answer. I finally got upset and just drove on my bad tire to the nearest gas station to get air and get at close to a real tire shop as I can. He’s worthless and wouldn’t advise anyone to waste their time as I did thinking this company would actually come help."

"Very poor response time, employee stated they would arrive in 30 minutes and that I was the first customer of the day. This was at 10:08 AM. 40 minutes passed, still no assistance. I was then informed it would be another 30 minutes. I tried to call several times and no one answered. At 12:12pm I was notified via text message it would be 5 more minutes. At this point the employee was informed that we no longer wanted service and how unprofessional they were. Wait times for assistance was expected, but the lack of communication and poor time management caused significant delays in my deliveries!"

Getting off the turnpike around 11/12 at night I caught a flat on my back passenger tire.
