"So a year ago I went to get my A/C fixed and the quote I was given by the SON of the head mechanic running the place was $160. So I thought “ Great! Amazing price and so far friendly staff “. Well... it was too good to be true. I go to pick up my car and was then asked to pay $500! I was baffled and the head mechanic explained that his SON didn’t quote me correctly and that his SON doesn’t even do the labor work so HIM quoting me made NO SENSE. This is the HEAD MECHANIC speaking... sheeesh. So I paid the price and went on with life. THEN MONTHS LATER I was given a guarantee by the head mechanic that my car would be under warranty for a YEAR for anymore issues dealing with my A/C, Nice! At least I thought so. And so with that being said I took my car to this place a week ago to get my car fixed as promised under the warranty, and after three days leaving it there, I received a call back telling me I’m good to pick up the car and that they fixed the issue the car had. This was the issue they fixed as THEY told me: the air vents were clogged and dirty so that’s why hot air started to be pushed out after a while. Ummmmmm, I think we all know that sounds weird, and rightfully so since a week prior to me bringing my car to this shop, I topped off my car with Freon, so how could any cold air have ever been blown out my vents if the vents were supposedly clogged? Exactly, it was a leak not the damn vents, and to add more fuel to this wildfire, I was asked to pay $90 in LABOR CHARGE despite THEIR GUARANTEE OF THE WARRANTY, so already I’ve had enough of this place so I went in the shop, took my car, and thought GOOD RIDDANCE. Well... guess what! My car is STILL BLOWING HOT AIR, so as I mentioned earlier, I have a LEAK. And this damn scam-artist of a mechanic lied to me so I can keep giving him more business, so to anyone who’s looking for a mechanic, AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU, they might SEEM NICE but that’s all a facade so you can be naive enough to trust them with your vehicle. I would spit on their faces if I could but we live in a society. $590 down the drain and I’m a college student, thanks Orlando!"
