"I had my hopes up for this company. My co-worker has a minor repair done and they did a great job so when my daughter was in a car accident I decided to take the car for repairs at their shop. I went in before the holidays and they were extremely friendly and gave me an estimate on the spot for the repair which by the way I was paying out of pocket. I wanted to make an appointment and I was told that we would have to wait until after the holidays. The holidays came and went and I never heard from them so I decided to call so I could make the appointment to have the car repaired. When I called they were extremely rude to me on the phone. They said "I don't remember you; I gave you an estimate?" and I responded "yes, I received an estimate and want to make an appointment". He then proceeded to act like I was bothering him and asked me my name. I gave him my name and he said he would call me back and I asked him if I could give him my phone number and he said, no, I have it on file. Well needless to say I never heard from them so I had my car repaired at another shop that did a fantastic job. I was so hopeful and really wanted to give them my business because I like to support a family owned local shop but apparently they only do business with Geico customers."

"Very nice people but i can't recommend there work paint war off after 2 years. Looks terrible now. My freind car war off less than a year they had to repaint his. Under 1 year warranty. There using low quality paint Its my understanding there only doing work for Geico. And they won't pay for more expensive paint."
