I brought in my 2019 Audi S4 in to get a lowering kit + wheel spacers installed and could not be happier. Was initially hesitant prior to reaching out, but all the 5 star reviews convinced me to make the call for an appointment. From the get go, I could not have had a better experience, my appointment time was made around my schedule, and the timeline was well within what I was expecting. The owner treated me with upmost respect throughout the entire process. My biggest pet peeve with automotive shops is the lack of communication, but Reline proved that to be wrong. "First I would like to thank Dan for his patience as I am extremely picky and don't just settle for an alternative unless I can envision it being a better option, That being said, I'm located 3 counties away and after having a difficult time finding a knowledgeable person that was willing to put in a little research and after reading all the excellent reviews for Redline I chose to give Redline a call. Dan went above and beyond and very eager to assist me with my available options after discussing the goal I was hoping to achieve, calling the manufacturers to confirm fitment and his response times back to me were in a very timely fashion. My vehicle is a difficult one to find the setup I was looking for due to high + offset and large brake calipers. Dan didn't give up like several other companies did. He also gave me a few options! Once the order was placed and everything arrived he even stayed late so I could make it down and have them installed the day of arrival. It is very hard to find customer service at this level these days. This was a very pleasant experience and if I could give you 10 stars I would!
