"Pretty disappointed, after buying tires from them earlier this year I thought they were different than the other shops in the area. I took my truck in for a rotation and oil change. So after they told me it was ready and I paid, they say oh there's a note here that you have a broken lug stud and missing lug nut. Interestingly enough nobody has touched the wheels since they installed the tires earlier this year. So when did the stud break? I don't know. What I do know is last time I personally rotated the tires I broke two studs so when I went in earlier this year for new tires I was fully expecting to hear that they broke some studs and needed to replace them even moreso this time with the rotation. I was fully prepared to pay for the replacement of the studs but no I wasn't told this until after it was put back together off the rack and ready to kick me out the door. That said it seems they do good work though. Par for the course I guess."
