"I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Arrigo, specifically the service department. My recent encounters have left me questioning the integrity and professionalism of the team. My journey with Arrigo began when I brought in my vehicle due to a check engine light. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse from there. The service team was unable to pinpoint a specific issue and suggested fixing multiple components, which ultimately cost me over $5,000. To my dismay, upon driving away from the dealership, the check engine light reappeared as I reached the gas station. Feeling perplexed and frustrated, I returned to Arrigo, where I was charged an additional $1,800. Despite this, the problem persisted, as the check engine light illuminated once again after a mere two weeks of driving. Subsequent visits only exacerbated my frustration. Each time, I was charged significant amounts – $1,000, $1,300, and more – with the promise that the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, the recurring check engine light proved otherwise. The breaking point came when, after the latest repair costing $1,400, my car refused to start as soon as I reached home. Subsequently, I had to tow the vehicle back to Arrigo. To my shock, I was informed that if I turned off the car, it might not start again. This forced me into an additional expense of $500 for a new battery. This entire ordeal has been a nightmare, not just financially but emotionally as well. The repeated failure to address the root cause of the issue, coupled with escalating charges, leads me to question the integrity and competence of the service provided. I believe in fair and transparent dealings, and unfortunately, my experience with Arrigo's service department has fallen far short of these expectations."

The bathroom was clean and appropriately stocked. Staff is remarkable with caring customer service and explanation of service, step by step. Of course I'll be going back."
"Picked up vehicle on Jan 17th from palm beach service center after having 3 engine mounts replaced. I attached images of parts that were removed and never properly reinstalled during engine mount replacement. Bolts found near wipers, no original plastic clips replaced that hold plastic panel across wipers and bolts missing/not tight on sway bar link which is completely loose causing unsupported swaying of front end also hood is dented which now sits unlevel. I have been attempting for 2 weeks via email, voicemails, phone calls to contact the appropriate person that can correct this very concerning and extremely dangerous issue as I am unable to deal with the assistan service manager(cornell) as he called me a neusance/problem when I picked up my car after 7days. Corporate office please assist me in correcting this wrong doing."
