"Call the afternoon to see if I can get in for an oil change in rotation. They said yeah I arrive 25 minutes later got checked in. They updated me that we were almost complete with the task, I was in there within one hour. Great experience. Customer service was great place was clean And had good conversation with the guys behind the counter and one of the managers. Overall great experience into this location a few times before, seems to be much better with customer service now"

"Terrible service. Quote for four tires out the door under $800 and told it will take an hour and a half, 3 hours later they’re trying to add another $200 for an alignment and $80 for balancing and didn’t even complete the alignment, told me I’d have to come back to get it done. They were supposed to do a brake fluid flush but never even brought it up, it’s all over the paperwork. Do better. You won’t be aligning my car or getting money from me ever again."

"This place is awesome first off. I went in to have rotation done but found out my front tire was a no go! I was given the reason why and given a great deal on the tires I needed. He didn’t try to sell me 4 tires, just what I honestly needed and I love that. The staff was nice, fast and efficient. I was out less then an hour. Love love it!! "Made appointment for 9am and dropped car off a few minutes before 9. At 1:30 pm when I called to check on the car, I was put on hold four times. On the fifth try, someone said they were "checking something" with my car and they'd call me back when done. No callback. When I showed up at 3:30, my car was in the same spot I dropped it off in at 9 am. They searched and finally found my keys and paperwork and said they'd get me out in 25 min. At the one hour mark, I went to see where they were at only to find that it still wasn't done and after overhearing a conversation, I found out it was because they didn't have the correct oil in the shop. Not having oil is like McDonalds running out of burgers. The only person that apologized was the tech that did my oil change. I said thank you and assured him it was NOT his fault. I've bought numerous sets of tires, brakes and had countless oil changes here. No one took ownership of the problems nor were they honest with me. I'm sad to say I will not be back."
