"My wife and I first dealt with this company at their first, much smaller warehouse in West Palm Beach in 1989. We followed them to their super warehouse store in in Palm Beach Gardens in 2015, when we moved into a new home. We were never disappointed with the attention and advice that we received. I subsequently introduced an overseas client of mine to the owner, which resulted in two major purchases for shipments to Spain and Ireland! Words can not properly express their total satisfaction with the time and advice given by the owner and the professionalism of knowing the complex international duty and taxation in the overseas countries and the shipping forwarders to use for efficiencies. Their latest purchase arrive safely in Ireland this morning, hence this complimentary review."

"This place is amazing. They have a vast inventory of rugs in virtually every size you can imagine. I bought my latest rug today but have probably purchased well over a dozen over the last 20 years. "I have never dealt with a more unethical rug store in over 20 years of buying. Looking back it should have been obvious to me based on the hard sales tactics, caliber of employees in the store. Both the salesman and owner were made aware this rug was to be tried out in home. Purchased on a Friday afternoon when we went back to return 2 days later on Monday, was only then told there is a 24 hour return window. Who the heck has ever heard a 24 hour return policy? To make matters worse they knew I was shopping with a child in tow and a credit card (so I thought) receipt was shoved in front of me to sign which was really a sneaky contract. Buyer Beware... do not a shop at Rex and Rex. We had to threaten legal action to get only a 90% refund for a rug that was never even opened, completely unethical"

"AMAZING place! you never saw so many hand woven high quality area rugs. they're amazing people with possibly the largest selection of HAND WOVEN rugs in the country. one of the most amazing experiences i have had when trying to find a QUALITY area rug. year after year less are being made of these types of rugs as they're so labor intensive. someday they will be in short supply and super expensive. I cant write enough compliments to these people for what they do."
