"I took my BMW into Affordable Auto repair Tire center Boynton Beach for a service engine light on. They could not diagnose the issue. I was told to come get my car. After leaving the shop and on my way home, several miles from the shop, my car hood flew open and smashed onto the windshield. In heavy traffic I was able to pull onto the curb. I closed the mangled hood and noticed my cracked-smashed windshield. I immediately took the car back to Affordable. The shop agreed to fix the problem. The windshield was replaced, but the hood replacement is an extreme disappointment. My car color is silver, the replacement black. Several dents and scratches on the hood. After l mentioned the hood is not as it should be..I was told this is all the owner is going to pay for.. I do not recommend going to this shop for auto services. Note, the hood latched has never failed and did not fail. After leaving the shop, my hood was not secure and therefore flew open. The hood latch has not been replaced and remains fully functional."
