"Brought in my son's car to have tires mounted on his rims. On a positive note, a pleasant transaction and the work was done in a timely fashion but.. Upon my son's inspection when I brought the car home, all 4 of his powder coated rims were damaged. I called and the young lady stated that's "from the machine that removes the tire from the rim". No apology, no attempt to rectify. No concern. I don't think she knew what to do or say but offered no resolution. These are custom wheels and we should have been told that the company could damage them. Would appreciate a call. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend their services at this point."

"Family run business, and it shows (in a good way). Simply needed an alignment, and new tires if available, and on a short timetable. The mechanic (Silvio I believe) personally came out and did a brief inspection and was honest in that an alignment would be worthless without new tires (which were badly worn due to me not addressing the issue earlier), he couldn't get tires that day, but suggested several alternatives for tires and alignment if I needed that day. Was able to get tires, but not alignment, at another location. I called back at 5pm on Friday asking if they could squeeze me in, they were reluctant but after talking to the owner, they all stayed late (entire family) to accommodate my needs. They didn't have to, but their commitment to service was greatly appreciated."

"I have to share my story of this amazing company! Some how a kitten got stuck in the hood of my car over night. I tried everything to get the kitten out, I even called the fire dept and they were not able to do anything about it. Hearing the kitten cry helplessly over night just broke my heart. First thing in the morning I started calling mechanics. The first mechanic I called wanted nothing to do with my situation. THANK GOD for Affordable Auto Repair and Tires! As soon as I called they told me to come in ASAP!!!! When I got there they were waiting outside for me and started immediately working on getting the kitten out. It was literally like an operating room, their teamwork was impeccable!!! They had to take the BUMPER off my care to get the kitten out!! I literally cried seeing the kitten finally free! I have never raised a kitten before and I was just freaking out about what to do next with the kitten. To my surprise they also rescue animals too! They were so informative on how to take care of the kitten, so it was only right for me to leave the kitten with them. Before I left we had to figure out a name for the Kitten. They came up with the name BUMPER (so cute lol)....After taking my bumper off they made sure everything was put back together before I left! Thank you so much Affordable Auto Repair!!!!
