"I have been going to Office Depot in both New Jersey and Florida for more then 10 years. In all of that time my experience has always been extremely satisfying. Whether it was shopping for a particular item such as paper or toner for my printer or looking for office supplies the employees were always very helpful. I have used Office Depot often for making copies, submitting an order to upload a file and printed in color or to use their equipment to fax documents. "Went to the print department, Rose was able to accommodate me. She knows that department incredibly well. Meanwhile, the stores to the north where I live could not accommodate me for 2 weeks and every time I call they got a different answer for why not. Then I found this location in Royal Palm and their print department is run by someone who is top notch. Rose has the know-how in the work ethic to run that department as well as it can possibly be run. She deserves a raise and a promotion. She is management material. Hard to find people like her."

"2nd time in a row that I checked the price online, get up to the register, and it’s significantly more expensive. Today the guy at the register said it was because they had to maintain the cost of a storefront and paying employees. And that they would price match the website if the customer told them about it. How ridiculous and sneaky! I won’t shop here again unless it’s an emergency, how’s that for earning more profit for Office Depot?"

"I was just in to pick up some envelopes for invites, and the cashier with dark hair was very snotty. I just made a comment about the tap card payment at Whole Foods that you didn’t have to put your pin in(just remarking the difference that’s all) and she says “ well we’re not Whole Foods, in a snotty attitude. BTW The one lady that has waited on us two times in the print shop (Afro American) is amazing! So helpful and does a great job!"
