"I wasn’t totally sold on Lovesac simply because of the cost of the leather option and it just wasn’t in my price range. We tried another company’s leather and absolutely hated it so we wanted to check out Lovesac in Boca to give it a shot and see how the fabric options would work in our home. I also had some issues on the site configuring the perfect size for our space, it’s an odd one so I was bummed that Lovesac wouldn’t meet the size I needed for the new couch to make sense. We were approached by Jody when we arrived and he walked us through the entire process. We helped us configure a new layout which was perfect for our space, I just didn’t see the option online so it was great that we came in for help. He walked us through the upgrades, the cushion fills, and we played with the blocks to make sure we absolutely had the right size. We got a quote and the next day came back in and ordered it with someone else, he was an absolute joy to work with too- what a great staff. The experience was probably one of the main reasons I went with Lovesac so I recommend visiting the location and seeing what they can do for you too!"
