"I had a 2pm appointment. I waited over 30 mins never was told she was running late and the front desk lady never once informed me early on to decide if I wanted to wait or not. All she said was she is almost done for 30 MINUTES!. I just think costumers times should be values. Yuri is great otherwise. I'll be trying a new place around the corner. So far so good, I was told I'd be waiting 10-15 mins and sure enough I didn't wait longer than that."
"They do great everytime. Even today when some lady was in there demanding a Discount, and being extremely disrespectful, they kept their cool ... I was shocked at the amount of disrespect given to them by a guest and just want to say that they deserve great reviews. I do a basic pedicure with regular polish just as a treat to myself, comes out great."
"I just got my nails done and I am in tears. The tech I had was a gentleman with glasses and I did not catch his name nor did I care to learn it. First off my nails are very much uneven on one hand and he claims it is my finger and the way coffin should look. Per the pink nails attached I have gotten coffin before and they are NOT supposed to be so curved on one side. Secondly the nails are severely uneven on the surface with bumps and ridges. And lastly this tech cut me with the Dremel three times twice were prior to the dip powder which could lead to an infection being that it is an open wound. Needless to say I will not be going back as the last time I came in the tech cut down all my nails without asking and put tips on my nails consequently costing me more. I got my nails done today because I have an important event that I need my nails to look good for and now I am embarrassed to even show it off."
