"Teach Emily that when people walk in the door and they say hello how are you she responds with I’m good how are you and then when you leave the store and say thank you she should say you’re welcome have a good night but that generation just doesn’t seem to understand communication skills except for my son apparently."

"I was greeted when I came in by a group huddled by the register who proceeded to ignore me and gossip about security cameras and items in the store they thought might be security cameras. I found the items I needed without being asked once if I needed help. A kind spanish woman, who looked as though she had just clocked out, was walking out of the back room asked if I had tried a shampoo/conditioner that was new and from the Strawberry Leopard brand of dye I was purchasing. She was very informative and actually made me want to try it. At checkout- Darlene ignored me while texting as I waited to check out. When she had finally finished sending her text, she greeted the person walking in before even acknowledging I was standing with my items on the counter infront of her. She then proceded to ring my items out and while my receipt was printing she picked her phone back up to respond to another text. This interaction was beyond rude. 4/29/22-interaction at about 2:00pm"

"The keyholder was seriously RUDE. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon (8/30/20) just needing some gel polishes. Lady behind the counter was ringing up a customer, so did not acknowledge me- no worries, as i knew she was busy. But then the lady decided to shout out to the young girl working, "Go tell that one that we close in two minutes!" The girl then comes over and politely repeats what the lady shouted. Before the girl could even finish her sentence, the lady yelled at me. "Now we close in ONE minute!" Then she proceeded to VERY loud tell the girl in training, "I HATE when they do that! You know, walk in at the last minute! This is why I hate closing! They always do this!" She then shouted again, "ONE MINUTE!" She went back to loudy griping about always being scheduled to close when she has things to do, and how she never gets out on time, etc. This is NOT good customer service. Customers should never feel rushed or have to listen to discontented employees complain about doing their job. Her loudness and rudeness made me just turn around and leave the store (her watch must have been off as well, as I left the store and was back in my car BEFORE 5pm). That woman's attitude and behavior lost this Sallys a $50+ sale today. Also, that type of attitude makes for poor store morale, as well. I do not plan to revisit this location again."

"Nice clean store with alot of options. That's about the only good thing about this place. I was in today 1/23/20 and grabbed some shampoo and conditioner that was on sale, BOGO. And as I was standing there with them in my had, looking at other products and a woman came over and told me 'who ever put out the sale signs didn't know what they where doing and those are not on sale, they're full price'. Although it was not my mistake and 100% an error on their side they did nothing to accommodate me, not even offer 10% off. Nothing. Worst customer service ever."
