"The day before thanksgiving i come here to get a dip nails with tips. I get home and see all of my nails are chipped. When i called they hung up on me and blocked my number. I leave Friday for back home and they didn’t care. I can’t get them fixed. I’m just out $60. Do not go here. They do not value your money and if they know you’re from out of town they don’t care. This is the kind of work they stand behind and refuse to refund. You’ve been warned."

"I am displeased to say the least. I came in to get an acrylic set soaked off and a simple gel polish manicure. The lady who worked on my nails picked my acrylics off with a nail tip (like, huh???) instead of properly filing them off or soaking them off. She did do some soaking and filing, but in the process of picking them off, one of my nails broke... My nails grow very slowly and I had spent 6 weeks getting acrylic sets done to grow them out to the length I have now! But it doesn't end there. I hoped the gel manicure would go well at least since that's such a basic service, but no. She glopped on 2 layers of base coat (???), 2 layers of polish, and 2 layers of top coat (???), making the profile of my nails lumpy and the color uneven. I'm not the type of person to make a scene, so I thanked her and was polite but I am NOT happy with the service I received. The Mother's Day rush is not an excuse to mess up my nails to the point where I'm embarrassed for people to see them!!!"
