"Enjoyable Sally's experience- building is well maintained and the staff is attentive/will all ask if you need help, but this location's staff doesn't treat you like a dummy or a criminal if you don't need any assistance, which is lovely. The lady didn't ask if I needed developer, which honestly I appreciated because I've visibly been dying my hair the same color for a long time. If you're not sure what to get, the staff is happy to help. If you know what you're there for, the staff is super chill. Also, there was someone at the register when it was time to check out! I like this location."

"I went in and grabbed two hair dyes from the same shelf, aqua. My hair just faded from the first box. I went to re-dye it with the second box and it’s a completely different color. This is ridiculous now I have two totally different shades of green and blue in my hair!! This was my entire experience at Sally’s. My cashier should have noticed the mistake!! All the hair dye on the shelves were in the wrong spot!!! I spent half an hour just trying to match colors before I could pick one!! If you’re looking for beauty assistance and organization this is not the store!!!! I am so upset right now and I will never return to this store!!! I would’ve had an easier and more efficient visit from going to Walmart. And I can’t even remember the last time I stepped in a Walmart"
"I went in there for help & I got a boat load of it! I had a huge knot in my hair & this wonderful woman literally took her time to get it out for me, for free! This place is awesome & even more so the staff is excellent & wonderful! They're extremely helpful & talented! If you need anything beauty related & you have questions, go here asap! The staff is very experienced & I'm 100% positive they'll have an answer for you with some extremely good suggestions!"
