"Don’t send your prescriptions here. I’ve had several encounters with these folks at the pharmacy and their arrogance and lack of competence is unmatched. I wouldn’t have remembered her name but the pharmacist the other reviewers have mentioned Syeda is blatantly disrespectful to veterans and first responders. I had to switch back to Walgreens. Even though I like the meat and produce at Publix much better than other grocery stores, I won’t go there anymore after my experiences with her. Publix do better with your employees"
"I can't say enough worse things about this pharmacy. Syeda is the worst person I've ever dealt with. She is the pharmacist and honestly just the rudest person you could imagine. Publix what are you doing ? I'd expect this attitude and entitlement at Walmart but not here. Will never shop here again. I honestly cannot figure out what was worse, the lack of information, the cavalier attitude, or the audacity of hanging up the phone and refusing to speak in person. The salt in the wound was the manager stating the pharmacy is its own entity and refusing to take any action."
