The guy said yeah we’ll hook it up to the computer and everything just to see the health of the transmission when I went back to pick it up he just gives me my keys doesn’t give me no info on my transmission so they just tell you what you wanna hear so they can get your business."

"Brandon Transmission is the best. Had a spot on my garage floor and was told by my oil service company that it was a transmission leak. Brandon Transmission checked it out and stated that they believed it was a oil pan gasket leak because of the color of the fluid and recommended that I have that corrected and to monitor it. Transmission seal repair would have cost $1,500. Asked what I owed them for the diagnosis and they responded nothing. Very few companies are that honest. Highly recommend them. Will be taking my vehicle back to them for transmission servicing."

"Had a leak around the oil pan. Was told by another place it could be oil pan gasket but it would be better to also replace rear seal gasket. Took the truck to Brandon Transmission for 2nd opinion. Andrew said generally it is the oil pan gasket and he wouldn't do the rear seal due to the expense until we knew for sure. Greatly appreciated his honesty and the great work they did."
