"This is an upscaled ZIP code area. High taxes and the other half of residents {that are actually tourists staying at vacation villas that are more upscale: and in the middle of all the attractions.} This was developed as a place for all families of different economic scales to be able to afford to eat, shop, and refuel your vehicle. As expected, the grounds are very well kept up ..it's clean ,and well maintained and well policed. Very safe. Rush hour is two and a half times a day ...where traffic comes to a crawl... expect to add 45 minutes to an hour to your trip during these rush hours... which isn't bad as I'm from California,it takes 2 hours to drive 9 miles in traffic. As I mentioned there's a clean ,well attended, eating venue for every price point, I recommend that you eat during the rush hour, as you finish..you get ready to depart on the downswing side of rush hour..I took a 10 minute walk around the area ..it's very walkable, with little parks and seating areas. Very well done. keep up the great upkeep and I'll be back."

"Great place super located. I found the best gas prices is Orlando here. Also the gas stations have Venezuelan Candies and food available. They are not so easy to come about in Tampa. Made my date on a quick stop during a day trip to Orlando."

"The place is amazing. The house was amazing. This security by the entrance is disgusting. My son had a seizure, and they did not let in EMS. For 30 minutes!! I would never stay here again because of the terrible security. If you or a loved one are sick and may need medical attention to not stay in champions gate!"
