"I recently had my car tinted by Jason Patzer. I paid him $450 to remove the old tint and tint four door windows and the rear window. $300 for his Xpel ceramic tint and $150 to remove the old tint. He had my car an entire Saturday. When I picked the car up it was in the evening hours, but I could see microbubbles on the rear glass. The next day I examined the windows in the sunlight and every window he did had microbubbles under the tint and the driver's window film even had what appeared to be a scratch on it. I notified Jason Patzer of the problem and he agreed to "look" at the car. He acknowledged the microbubbles and explained that dust can cause this to happen. When he looked at the driver's window he said it wasn't a scratch, but a hair under the film. He texted me when the car was ready to be picked up (again I left the car with him the entire day) and he said "I got the windows looking better for you". He supposedly re-tinted three of the four windows and did not touch the rear window. I immediately noticed the microbubbles on the 3 windows that he had redone. I asked Jason Patzer "is this $450 worth of product?" and he gave me a blank stare. He then said wait two days then roll the windows down and use a credit card to push the bubbles to the edge. Are you kidding me? I've emailed and texted Jason Patzer demanding a refund of my $450 and all I've heard is crickets. Do your research and if Jason Patzer is involved in any company you're looking at using, don't use them. On Linkedin, he's supposed to be the owner/operator at Eclipse Auto Protection in Seffner, but according to SUNBIZ it's out of business. Tampa Tint Lab was just started per SUNBIZ on 04/2022. I'm sure it will be out of business before long. Oh and the reason I chose to use his company was because he operated out of his home and lived close by to me. I wrongly assumed if a man ran a business out of his home he could be trusted. If I could give him no stars I would."
"Great service and very dependable!! I will use this company for other services they offer."
