He was rude and condescending, and when asked to explain why he placed my car battery outside on the sidewalk, he ran away like a scared child to hide in the backroom. Next time, might I suggest, if you are bold enough to make a move like that out of anger, be bold enough to discuss it when confronted. Thankfully, Norman is the epitome of kindness as he was willing to step up and diffuse the mess of a situation that Bobby made."
