"I had them fabricate a customized specialty truck bed. Their machine shop was great. Then their truck guys removed equipment from our old truck, mounted the new bed onto a new truck, installed the old equipment we were able to reuse, with no significant mistakes. Took a lot of daily face to face communication. I don't know anyone else locally with their capability. We are very happy with them. We used them for other old trucks that we managed to break, and they listened to our needs and fixed the trucks as we requested."

"Unless you own a fleet of equipment, (maybe not even then) I would strongly suggest that you avoid doing business with this company. They have a blatant disregard for the small businessman. I brought our new to us boom truck to them for an inspection and certification. They listed a number of things that needed to be corrected and gave us an estimate for the repairs. They asked me to bring the truck back to them when they were less busy and they were fully staffed again. A month or so later I called and got the go ahead to drop the truck off. I was told at that time that the work would take a week or so. A full five weeks later I was told that I could pick it up. A month without a our crane severely hurt our business. They completed one of the jobs in that time. I was given the excuse that it was more difficult than they thought. Which speaks to the care given to the inspection process. They didn’t lubricate the cable and the inspection that they supposedly performed did not discover that the main lift cylinder bushings were so worn that it was metal on metal. They were so worn that the pin has to be replaced. (I have photos to prove it) They did note the sheave bearings and the PTO universal joints needed replacing. So those were the first jobs that I tackled myself. Only to discover that they weren’t very bad at all. Even though they seem to have a monopoly on crane service in the Tampa Bay Area, I will never give them my business again. Even if I have to drive out of state. You are warned."
