"First time trying the nail services at Nail Lounge Spa, two days later my “dip” has chipped AND is peeling off. My time and money is valuable so, I won’t be returning. Extremely disappointed"

"Worst nails I've ever had in my life. Completely destroyed my real nail and the most unsanitary process. Immediately, I came home and filed them off. I wanted clean and sophisticated, and my nails looked botched. Did not prep the nail, clean it up, the dip was super thick, and it looked like I had wad of gum stuck to each one. Not to be rude, I do not think the guy I had was even certified. Each nail was crooked and missshaped, couldn't understand what I asked, I even showed pictures. And it was like he was in a rush, for what I don't know. I am not one to make a scene. As most wouldn't either. I paid and tipped because I have morals. But I will not be returning to this location, unfortunately."

"I LOVE LOVE my nail salon! I drive nearly 1.5 hours every two weeks sometimes three because they’re always so durable to get my nails done here! Everyone is so sweet and very accommodating and the staff really do care about you, and who doesn’t enjoy being greeted by name EVERY single time… I wish I could give more stars!"

"Been going to this salon at the other 2 locations for over a year & only recently tried this location. Sin did a beautiful job on my fill with gel polish. The pedicure was done by Mama T & she did great except for the polish, it was streaky and bumpy/ bubbly. I returned the next day to have it fixed by someone else & still the same issue. I don’t think I’ll be returning for a pedicure. I’m gonna paint them myself at home because I didn’t want to go back a 3rd time for them to be fixed. Edited to add: I called the salon and they gave me a gift card for a free pedicure. I’ll be returning in a couple weeks"
