"I went into this AutoZone off of a whim. I was driving and my car stated acting up and my check engine light came on and I just happend to be right by this AutoZone so I stopped in and the manager Jevon helped me and he was so nice and so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He hooked my car up and was able to figure out my problem right then and there and helped me get everything I needed for my car. I will not be going to any other AutoZone at all anymore. Jevon was really sweet and took his time and actually made me feel like he cared he didnt rush and just try to get me in and out He took his time and I really appreciate that. I will be sending everyone I know to this store because of him . Thank you so much Kevin if you ever end up seeing this you really helped me out so thank you !"

"Bad customer service, I didn't feel welcome. Wouldn't recommend this location. I walked in today to buy harness wires for my stereo. Asked for help to find it, but the big white guy didn't want to be bothered, he just told me to look for it in a certain area. When I found what I was looking for, I asked him for help opening it to test it because I didn't want to damage the packaging, the guy helped me to open it but then said "you could have opened it yourself". Then I asked the woman working there if I could checkout, she redirected me to the self-checkout. The only nice people were the small woman at the entrance and the other guy working there. Overall, the place is nice and it has stuff, but the atmosphere is bad and doesn't make you feel at ease. I can understand if they're busy doing some other task, but I can't understand the reason I was antagonized from the moment I walked in."
