He loaned me a tool when he could, others I had to purchase. He let me know he’s not a mechanic so some technical things - he couldn’t answer. We figured it out and I’m back on the road. "Amazing staff! I called about 12 minutes to closing time and told Isaiah I was on the Howard Franklin limping to the store with an overheating truck in desperate need of coolant. Not only did he wait for me a few minutes past 9, he even went the extra mile to come out and check it for any coolant leaks. After I purchased the coolant and poured it into the reserve and cranked it out he came out and double checked that I was good to go before closing up for the night. Can’t express my gratitude! Thank you Isaiah! EDIT- I have to say more! I couldn’t be more pleased with the help I received. After I purchased and installed the coolant I left and returned within 10 minutes, realizing I needed oil too. I knocked on the doors and my angel Isaiah appeared. Although the system was down for the night he helped me figure out what was needed and paid for it out of his own pocket since I had no cash, allowing me to reimburse him via Venmo. Isaiah was a godsend and I cannot thank him enough for taking the time out of his night to be a Good Samaritan! Furthermore, after our transaction was done another person drove up to the store with a problem. Rather than simply say “yeah sorry we are closed” despite that being the case, I watched Isaiah take the time to ask the man what he needed and together they searched for a solution on the phone before the man drove off thanking him. I really can’t say enough about this employee and I really hope this franchise notices what an asset they have in this young man!"
