"Very nice establishment and the people were nice. They gave constant updates on the status of your car. They were not willing to recheck my vehicle after I told them it was making a noise that it was not previously making. All they did was looked at the work they had done and said based on what we’ve done it shouldn’t be making a noise then they sent me to my next destination. I would have loved to give them five stars but that had me livid to be brushed off as though my car didn’t matter."

"I utilized Caliber because it was my insurance preferred repair shop. They did a great job making the repairs for my “front lower fender” that was damaged on the highway. However, my vehicle was less than 1 month old when I took it in for repairs (approximately 650 miles). The service representative that checked me in (John Magri) was horrible. He made an excessive amount of red circles on my vehicle stating that they were chips or nicks and as you can see none of the circles are valid. My car is a Cadillac XT6 2023 with full dent and scratch warranty plus only one month old. So, I let him know that those are just dirt spots he circled and his answer was that all cars have those area affected. This is a deceptive practice that seems as a cover tactic to avoid paying for legitimate damages in the event there are some. My car was fine but I was clearly worried that a wrench or hammer could cause damage and they go back to the false red circled damage. See attached photos for what was marked as damages and if this is their practice I’m never bringing my car to them again. Note: I gave the extra star because the staff was nice and my car lower fender was fixed."
