"They don't carry a very confidence inspiring car battery brand. Super Start for $150 and it's a 1 year battery... That's pretty trashy. Who would even carry a 1 year battery? Should be 3 and 5 year only. Then of course lithium gel, Optima and other higher end. Other than that, like most auto parts stores, you can find decent accessories for cleaning or fluid fills."

"Nice store with a good selection. I have been in approximately five times with not much luck finding parts that are stocked. They seem to always have to order them. Customer Service is ok. No one loves their jobs there and it shows. No enthusiasm to help whatsoever. I did however receive some good help the last time I was in and actually left with a part! O'Reilly will still always be third on my list to get parts, if the other two main chain stores don't have it in stock. Maybe someday the ranking will change, but nothing fantastic or rewarding has come from my visits as of yet."
